Be careful going to the dealership, they were able to get me in a car even with my situation. They do not offer the proper coverages, they force you to get a maintenance plan in order to finance a vehicle. If you say you don’t want the maintenance plan they will pull your financing. Receive a call from the Service advisor management not sure Rebecca she was uncertain of when the vehicle was serviced. They tell you after 60 days you can cancel the maintenance plan which is $3100. And if you wanna speak someone in management, it’s impossible. Please be aware of going to this dealership. Terrible customer service..

I am very disappointed with my experience at Taverna INFINITI. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and expected better customer service and support. After my vehicle was towed to the dealership, I was informed that a locksmith had to be called to make a key so the vehicle could be moved. Later, when my vehicle was inspected by BMW, damage involving the battery connection was discovered, and I am now dealing with a $1,900 repair issue. I have been trying to get answers about what happened and who is responsible, but I feel like I have been left to deal with the problem on my own. BEWARE: This dealership engaged in a predatory 'shady deal' involving my 83-year-old aunt. They charged a 'Delivery Fee' but instead forced us to drive an unregistered 2018 BMW 740i with NO LICENSE PLATE between their Plantation and North Miami locations. This was after a 10-hour ordeal of exhaustion. Braman BMW has since confirmed $31,107.96 in terminal defects that were hidden from us.
