BEWARE: This dealership engaged in a predatory 'shady deal' involving my 83-year-old aunt. They charged a 'Delivery Fee' but instead forced us to drive an unregistered 2018 BMW 740i with NO LICENSE PLATE between their Plantation and North Miami locations. This was after a 10-hour ordeal of exhaustion. Braman BMW has since confirmed $31,107.96 in terminal defects that were hidden from us. A non-negotiable dealer fee and an electronic title fee — over $2,000 combined — were not reflected in the advertised price and only appeared at signing. As an out-of-state buyer I wasn't allowed to arrange transport myself; the QX80 was shipped open-carrier and arrived with a chipped windshield. Relieved damaged car. Filed warranty refused to do anything. One year later out 8k cause its easier to self return then fix all they problems. Thanks for the crap car and bad credit from having to let them come get it
